The city’s email system is out of use

The city’s email system is still down. The estimation now is that the email system will be down until the end of this week. The cause of the problem is still under investigation and therefore the existing server cannot be used. For safety reasons we have started installing a new email server and this is causing the delay. You can reach the city employees by phone.

Last week plenty of phishing emails were sent out from addresses ending with @kauniainen.fi and due to this, the emails were shut down.

Do not open any emails from addresses ending with @kauniainen.fi!
