The little gem of Kauniainen, Uusi Paviljonki offers a great location for a diverse range of cultural entertainments. The beautiful wooden chamber music hall with top acoustics holds its own as one of the prime venues in Kauniainen. Over the years, the hall has hosted a wide variety of concerts and performances, birthday, wedding and anniversary celebrations and classical music recording sessions.

There is limited parking in the vicinity of Uusi Paviljonki, which is why we recommend that you arrive by foot, bike or public transportation. There are, however, parking spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility just outside Uusi Paviljonki. Drop-offs at the door of Uusi Paviljonki are permitted.

The image below shows the locations of parking areas near the building. Please note that these parking areas are only available for use in the evenings and on weekends. During the daytime, they are used by school teachers. Behind the Youth Centre (D), there are parking spaces for customers and youth service personnel. The youth service parking spaces have clear time restrictions and customers are only allowed to use them on Sundays. Please be mindful of these restrictions when parking in the vicinity.

Uusi Paviljonki is an accessible building. The first and last rows of the hall in Uusi Paviljonki have unobstructed access. The first row can be accessed by taking the lift to the stage level. Accessible toilets can be found on the ground floor.

Audience size

Uusi Paviljonki has an auditorium that seats 220 guests. Additional chairs can be placed on the floor if necessary. The auditorium seating can also be retracted into the wall, leaving the floor completely open for the event.

The maximum permitted audience size is 380 guests.

Ticket sales

The event organiser is responsible for ticket sales. If the City is the organiser, information will be provided as to whether the event is free of charge or where tickets can be purchased.

Kaikukortti

You can use your Kaikukortti card to get a free entrance ticket to events at Uusi Paviljonki. The card is personal and free of charge.
