SPORTS AND MOVEMENT IN GRANI
The project Sports and movement in Grani has the goal of creating a multicultural and international environment for sports in Kauniainen that is open to all.
We work together with local organisations with the aim of creating a motivating and equal environment where the whole family can enjoy sports.
SPRING AND SPORTS IN KAUNIAINEN
This spring, there are excellent opportunities for the whole family to try some new sports with guidance from our local sports clubs. This spring’s sports programme is arranged by the sports and exercise services of the City of Kauniainen in cooperation with local clubs.
Bring a friend! Join in the fun!

START YOUR DAY WITH YOGA
Our gentle morning yoga sessions suit everyone regardless of fitness level. The session will include dynamic exercises that improve circulation and relieve muscle tension. The exercises also help improve your sense of balance and strengthen muscles.
Bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle. We recommend that you wear comfortable exercise wear that allows you a full range of movement. We will do the exercises in bare feet.
Project Sports and Movement in Grani will hold two free morning yoga sessions in the ‘Peilisali’ room at the youth centre, on Tuesday 31 January and 28 February at 8:00 a.m. The sessions will be open to the first 15 participants, so make sure you get there early. No advance reservations.
WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU THERE!

GUIDED WALK FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY TUESDAY 23.8.2016
Thank you to everyone who came along on our guided walk! The first event within the project Sports and movement in Grani was held on Tuesday 23.8.2016. It was a relaxed and pleasant walk round Gallträsk and its surroundings, guided by Clara Palmgren. Fun activities along the way included a treasure hunt, and to round off the walk, the participants got a well-earned rest and a snack at the youth centre. These are some pictures from a lovely day out.
